We strive to make your online shopping a pleasurable experience.

Items that can be shipped by UPS are available to be purchased online using a Visa or Master Card.

Items that are too large to be shipped UPS can be delivered by a freight carrier or picked up at the store location. Please call or email for delivery & ordering information on cattle chutes, head gates, livestock scales, horse walkers, stalls, arenas, & other large products.

Straight A's Supply attempts to ship orders within one week of receipt. Occasionally we may have to backorder, thus causing delays. If you have not received your order within two weeks (14 days) from your order, please contact us at 1-330-868-3772.

Requested changes on orders must occur within 24 hours of original order.

All products come standard with manufacturer warranty.

Any and all returns must be approved and require an RMA number issued by Straight A's Supply, refunds are not offered, store credit or product exchange is available.
